I'm Back Again
It's been a while, like, yet again. I like to show what's been happening to these past months ago.
Unfortunate Tragedies
Recently (As of Today: September 23rd, 2026), my own country has been facing its own crisis in terms of local incidents that has been happening for about three times now. So they're going full on scrutiny on whatever is happening online right now. It was quite a scary thing that arrives in my own thoughts to abandon ship on the current platform that I was wading and chapping away throughly. There's no other choice really! And to those that are involved to the incidents: You have my condolences. It was a really tough crisis to be deal with it these days and I thought It's better to lay low for that platform for now on. Blogging has been my own thing to talk about random shenanigans and I think it's nice to yap about my solo ttrpg games for the time being. Also, to those who knew me in said platform and have been wondering where I've gone: Sorry, it just happened all of a sudden and I was in a sudden pressure to get rid of my presence in the platform immediately. I didn't get a chance to say farewell, but if you do read it here, then yeah... feel free to check my blogs from time to time though. And if you want, you can swing by with my email instead. It's unusual but I find it ease to reply by emails, especially if you want to stick around with me.
What I've been doing without bearblog?
Whoever you are or to those who don't even read my blogs (pretty much nobody cared about my previous blogs anyway), I've been really quite mixed in the limbo of not being able to get into collage. Time's passed quite a lot and a bunch of unfortunate things have caused quite a ruckus in the stat of society, financially even. I don't like talking about these things because it's been a while since I just finished my seniors, until the previous sections booted me out of my own online social circle right now. The anxiety, as far as I know people (and don't want to shame), is about meeting strangers. It's a common thing because of whatever stuff happened, anything because of human history itself. Before I stop this off-topic direction of mine, it's important to know that having too much scrutiny on strangers is unhealthy, it's tough these days because of conflicts through worldviews. At least, not by the time being for me to not become a philosopher anytime soon (I like philosophy, but I prefer other careers of my own).
Enough of that, what were you doing really?
Gaming... and... doing music and arts. I've been doing on the ttrpg side of things but I've been doing some Old School Reinassance and knowing other stuff on the sides of ttrpgs. I've thrilled to actually play these games that I end up find myself flooding my own stuff to oblivion. I can't put a finger on what part did I solve to keep the game going, but I just returned to bullet points of my Cairn 1e game, which I then recently converted to FORGE TTRPG because math is fun (bluh bluh). While my main campaign world (somehow) isn't OffLuck anymore, it grew to become Intreviro itself and whatever. Speaking of Intreviro... I've... uh... wrote a bunch of lore and write like a novelist. Like, holy shit, it was something that I didn't expected to keep this game going because it was getting pedantic because of the prose nature it becomes. I had a mental block that it will causes some issues to play with bullet-point. On the other hand, I had to stop being a player in the game and instead, become a novelist who doesn't have a plot structure to begin with and simply make shit up. It was like... 5 chapters long and I was going to finish the first Phase (a sort of TTRPG Sub-Campaign that deals with a set of characters in a specific region) of the Campaign. I have other plans on doing other Phases and more yet to come that I want to upload scrappy actual plays in the way here. (If you remember that I show you those things, then I hope you see me find it fun just for myself, so if you do see it, thank you!) Most of my time, I managed to finish my TTRPG system in a Zine Format. Though I welcome any grammar changes and some stuff to tweak around (I suck at editing). And before I return to blogging, I've met interesting people in the communities of TTRPGs as a whole. Though I don't really cared much on some things outside the part of TTRPGs, I've enjoyed my stay there. Especially to the advice of playing the game and also getting me into the vibes of Conan the Barbarian, and some parts of Swords and Sorcery Sub-Genre of Fantasy. (I like it!)
What's next?
In terms of schedule: I will have no schedule for now on. It's always a freaking struggle to get around with the consistency bit, but like other blogs I've been talking about it, nothing changes for me in a chaotic time like this. And as far as blogs goes, not everyone does it most of the time anyway. I also quit video games again (for a bazillion time now), and picked up some OSR TTRPGS. It was tough before I find out what works for me which I did say it again on the previous header. My biggest weak spot is that I tend to read the Rules As Written before knowing that you shouldn't do that in the first place. Before I quit video games, I was really inspired as soon as I played Final Fantasy and the SNES trilogy, too bad I didn't get to finish it because it was really tough to get through. But not when I finish Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, it makes me quite determined and to the point it sparked my OSR ingenuity to the fullest. Eventually, the save files are gone for now on, I'm moving on to the OSR bit. That includes all of my old save files on other games before I finish this funky little pokemon game. (Evorn the Pikachu (Me), Valvi the Vulpix; You both will not be missed o7) On the other side of it, which is my bluesky and some other platforms, I guess I have to find my ways to fill in the shoes that is the nearing end of my free time before collage arrives like a hammer. I was nervous to the fact that it does involve programming though, so I do need people to help me during these times, and just communicate clearly on how to navigate into solving problems as a hole. And on that part... disappointing to say that I had to procrastinate. I just wanted people, not that I say that they are automatically bad or devious immediately. But it's about vigilance and choosing the right people carefully. Putting into the assumptions and settling on sterotypes can not only make you mistakes, but to lead some of the right people into isolation as a whole. Misunderstanding of this and other parts of it, can leads to deterioration of mental and social health. (as far as I can insight it myself.) I always put my assumptions as questions to be answered, and I've been just learning for the time being. Most to what I've know so far, have been those who aren't wise these days. It's difficult to deal with people that lacks the essential wisdom to deal with some situations in the time right now. Which is why I like the idea right now, and most recently from a book I partially read is "Think again" by Adam Grant. Is that, I can think like a scientist. And there's no way around to get rid of it because I like to doubt a lot of things in life, there's always a time for me to experiment. Kupo.
(This blog is recently written using FocusWritter for some reason, but I think it's easier this way, to the point it reached about 1.4k words right now. Right now, I've been prioritizing Solo TTRPGs, my hobbies, and at least trying to do some programming to keep it simple. The latter has been about getting my toes back into the problem solving bit, and I thought of coding graphics or something else might be interesting. Right now, I'm stuck with making video games instead.)
